The College of Saint Benedict swimming and diving team returned to the pool to compete against Minnesota State University Moorhead. Despite a solid effort from the Blazers it was the Dragons who pulled out a 127 to 97 victory on Friday evening at Saint John’s University.

Despite the stellar play of junior goaltender Abbie Helminen, the College of Saint Benedict Blazers fell 2-1 tonight to Concordia University-Wisconsin. The Blazers stuck first in the second period but were unable to hang on as Concordia capitalized on inexperience in scoring two goals late in the third. The Blazers playing their first game of the 2009-10 season, won the faceoff battle 36-27 against the Falcons but were outshot 23-31 by the team.

11.6.2009 | Women's Cross Country
The College of Saint Benedict cross country team took third out of 10 teams Friday afternoon at the Fall Finale in Collegeville, MN. The Blazers finshed with a total of 52 points. South Dakota State University finished in first place with a score of 46, and Gustavus Adolphus came in second with a score of 51. CSB received several strong individual performances as all seven of the runners that scored in the meet finished under 21 minutes.
