St. Cloud Times featured an article on the Blazer basketball team and their hopes for another successful season despite the loss of some key players from the 2008-2009 team that made an NCAA Division III Sweet 16 appearance.

Julia Renner
Renner placed first and second in the triple jump and long jump respectively at the MIAC Championships.  Her winning jump of 11.23 meters in the triple jump met an NCAA provisional mark as well.
