Blazers Continue Play at ITA Midwest Regional

The College of Saint Benedict Blazer tennis team is opening their season at the ITA Midwest Regional Tournament in St. Peter, MN.
Senior
Rachel Tiegs (Rochester, MN, Lourdes) won her first two matches of the tournament before falling to Marianna Barau of Gustavus 1-6, 4-6 in the third round.
Junior
Kylie Huether (Sioux Falls, SD , Washington) lost her opening match of the tournament to Kelly Stadum of Wisconsin-Lacrosse 1-6, 1-6 but defeated Claire Carlson of St. Olaf 8-3 in the consolation bracket.
In doubles action, Huether and senior
Katie Rudnitski (Gilman, MN, Foley) were defeated by Leung and Doylefrom Carleton 5-8.
