Two Blazers Named MIAC Basketball Co-Players of the Week

Juniors Heather Gillund (Ham Lake, MN, Blaine) and Laura Canton (Pine Island, MN, Pine Island) were named the MIAC Women's Basketball Co-Players of the week this week.  Their outstanding scoring of 42 and 38 points respectively gave the Blazers the edge they needed to claim a share of the MIAC regular season championship.

Danielle Busch
Danielle Busch
This week's Blazer Athlete of the Week is junior Danielle Busch (New Prague, MN, New Prague). Busch took first in the pole vault last Saturday with a height of 3.45 meters. This height is higher than where Busch started last season and is the best performance in the conference this season.
