The 2010 MIAC Softball Awards were released Tuesday morning.  Senior shortstop Shannon Eveland (Maple Grove, MN, Maple Grove) was selected All-Conference, and junior Kirsten Fasching (Montrose, MN, Watertown-Mayer) was named to the All-MIAC Sportsmanship Team.

Danielle Busch
Danielle Busch
This week's Blazer Athlete of the Week is junior Danielle Busch (New Prague, MN, New Prague). Busch took first in the pole vault last Saturday with a height of 3.45 meters. This height is higher than where Busch started last season and is the best performance in the conference this season.
