The CSB volleyball team was ranked 3rd in the MIAC Preseason Coaches Poll, behind the University of St. Thomas and St. Olaf.
The Blazers finished the 2009 season with a 26-6 overall record (10-1 MIAC). CSB won both the MIAC regular season and playoff championships. The Blazers hope to continue their success under new head coach Nicole Hess in 2010.
CSB opens its season next Wed., Sept. 1 at 7 p.m. against Northwestern at home in Claire Lynch Hall.
